Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Design and Merchandising team with multiple print and graphic layouts, scale and color way options for final assortment selection.
∎ Create original textile designs, prints, graphics and embroidery patterns seasonally.
∎ Innovative graphic and print ideas that promote the brands message globally and help in driving sales in new and existing buyers.
∎ Compelling, on-brand graphic and print design that differentiates our Brand from others.
∎ Good ability of follow the instructions for design changes/development.
∎ Create, develop and gain approval for seasonal graphic concepts.
∎ Creation of trendy fashions for international market based on seasons.
∎ Knowledge about trends of fashion, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Knowledge about significance of pattern, shape of a garment.
∎ Create mood board for customer re-view & prepare collection for respective season as per new trend with keep in mind company product range, customer price level etc.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Continuous study on social media trends and design all social media assets (along with Marketing Team) including product photography, videography.
∎ Working with Marketing Team to conceptualize social-specific campaigns and develop existing concepts for social media to amplify our global marketing messages.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Internship from any reputed Design House / Vendor / Institution will get preference.
∎ Experience in any Fashion Design center of International Buying / Sourcing office or Export oriented garments will get preference.
∎ Strong portfolio on Graphic for fashion and hand illustrations.
∎ Good in lettering and composition, color composition and AOP.
∎ Knowledge on Technical sheet, Mood board, Graphic wordings, internet research etc.
∎ Technical know how about knit garments process and quality.
∎ Fluent communication skill in English.
∎ Computer Literacy like Illustration, Photoshop, Graphics, MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Inter-personal skill.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
