Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
Proven experience as a DTF printer operator or similar role in the textile printing industry.
Strong skills in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for colour and design.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical knowledge of printing machinery and maintenance procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in graphic design or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Product Visuals: Produce attractive and clear graphics for product listings, including photo editing and infographic creation.
Enhance Website and App UI/UX: Design user-friendly interfaces for the website and mobile app, incorporating graphics like banners and sliders to improve navigation and aesthetics.
Create Marketing Materials: Generate graphics for digital marketing campaigns such as email newsletters, social media posts, and online ads.
Packaging Design: Design product packaging that is both visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity.
Design Collateral Materials: Create business cards, stationery, and branded merchandise that align with the brand`s visual theme.
Produce Campaign Visuals: Collaborate with marketing teams to design compelling visuals for various online campaigns, including creating storyboards.
Generate Social Media Content: Design engaging graphics, GIFs, and video clips for different social media platforms.
Analyze and Test Design Performance: Work with analytical tools to measure the impact of different designs on user behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with Vendors: Manage relationships with external vendors such as printers and photographers to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, fashion, and technology to continuously innovate and improve the brand`s visual assets.
Others Responsibilities
Operate and maintain DTF printing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
Prepare graphic designs and layouts using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Perform routine maintenance on printing machines to ensure efficient operation.
Adjust colors, fonts, and layouts to produce the final print-ready files.
Collaborate with the production team to streamline the printing process.
Ensure the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.
Troubleshoot any issues related to the design files or printing process.
