- Good communication skills in Bangla & English.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative and professional designs for product packaging, social media, website, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to ensure brand consistency in all visuals and promotions.
- Edit product photos and videos for e-commerce and promotional purposes.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing tools.
