Educational Requirements:
∎ BFA/ MFA from Fine Arts, or equivalent degree
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,University of Development Alternative students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Design (Computer Aided)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Newspaper/Magazine

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
∎ Ability to prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects independently
∎ Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create Magazine content and promotional materials as well as merchandise.
∎ Experience with print-production best practices (4-color printing, image corrections, print-ready files etc.)
∎ Good typing ability in Bangla and English is essential.
∎ Familiar with basic HTML/CSS and image optimization for responsive webdesign is plus.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Solid understanding of design fundamentals and techniques and high level of skill in aspects of typography, color and layout.
∎ Works independently to design client projects in a wide variety of media including print, always adhering to client brand guidelines. Ability to manage and troubleshoot any projects including data management are plus.
∎ Ability to balance day-to-day tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Alerts the team if deadlines cannot be met for any reason, or if an extension is required.
∎ At least 2 years of design and branding experience are required.
∎ Must be a good team worker and communicator with global clients.
∎ Reading, writing, and speaking skills in English are a must.
∎ Has extensive knowledge of computer design software and hardware and strives to stay current in the level of knowledge and abilities.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Quick promotion scheme. Bonus on a successful new initiative at any time. Two weeks of a bond will be taken at the beginning of the working period to be released at the termination of the position.
