Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing

• HSC

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Capcut).

• Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• A creative portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
  

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop cohesive and effective visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
  

• Translate ideas and concepts into clear, engaging graphics that effectively convey messages to target audiences.
  

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  

• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients, balancing creativity with project requirements.
  

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, ai and best practices to continually elevate the quality and innovation of visual content.
  

• Prepare final artwork and assets for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  

• Maintain organized design files and documentation to facilitate smooth project workflows.
