Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative agency or similar role.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of AI-generated design tools (Freepik, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, etc.).

  • Expertise in brand identity, color theory, typography, and printing techniques.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital content creation, UI/UX design, and social media assets.

  • Ability to generate high-quality AI prompts for enhanced creative output.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-impact designs on tight deadlines.

  • Experience in leading a team of designers and working on large-scale campaigns.

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Executive/ Sr. Executive- Visualizer to lead visual storytelling for Apex DMIT. This role requires expertise in traditional and digital design, AI-powered creativity, and branding to produce high-impact visuals across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong design execution skills, AI tool proficiency, and experience in leading creative teams. Key Responsibilities:

Creative Visualization & Design Execution

  • Develop high-quality visual concepts for traditional and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.

  • Create stunning static and motion graphics for campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, and offline branding.

  • Utilize AI tools to generate and enhance creative assets while integrating them seamlessly into traditional designs.

  • Experiment with innovative visual styles, trends, and AI-powered creativity to push design boundaries.

Branding & Identity Development

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets by strictly following the brand book, color guidelines, typography, and visual hierarchy.

  • Design brand identity elements such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure that designs align with brand positioning and market trends.

AI & Prompt Engineering for Creative Content

  • Utilize AI-based design tools (e.g., Freepik, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creativity and productivity.

  • Develop effective prompts to generate high-quality AI visuals while maintaining brand authenticity.

  • Stay updated with emerging AI creative trends and integrate them into workflow processes.

Traditional & Print Media Expertise

  • Design brochures, banners, billboards, press ads, product packaging, and POS materials with a deep understanding of printing techniques and color reproduction.

  • Collaborate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality output in print and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising.

  • Optimize color management and print specifications to ensure perfect execution.

Content Creation for Digital Platforms

  • Develop engaging social media creatives, UI/UX assets, display ads, and website graphics.

  • Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and digital marketers to craft high-performing content.

  • Design campaign-specific creative assets optimized for different platforms and audiences.

Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Lead and mentor junior designers to enhance their creative skills and technical expertise.

  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns.

  • Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in design, AI-driven creativity, advertising, and digital innovation.

  • Conduct research on new tools, techniques, and visual trends to continuously enhance creative output.
