Job Context:
∎ Personnel in this role are mainly responsible for: End to end customer service, quality assurance of the services generated by the field force, timeliness of service delivery, revenue generation from the clients, cross team coordination etc. After the initial training, candidates will perform duties in different departments such as: Operations, Quality Assurance, Accounts, IT, etc.
∎ The MTO will be a part of the team that is responsible for optimal implementation of company`s overall activity plan and strategies.
∎ Timing: 6 pm to 3 am (night shift)
∎ Location: On Site Nikunja Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, & practices that affect each phase of APEX DMlT's business.
∎ Vendor Management - through review and business meeting.
∎ Ensure service quality excellence and customer service.
