Job Summary:

Dera Interior is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer who can produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for residential apartments, commercial showrooms, and retail spaces using Autodesk 3ds Max. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for detail, spatial understanding, and the ability to translate 2D design concepts into compelling 3D visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D interior renderings for apartments, offices, showrooms, and restaurants using 3ds Max (V-Ray / Corona Renderer preferred)

• Develop accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings and client briefs

• Apply materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to produce professional visualizations

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure renders accurately reflect the approved design concept

• Revise renders based on client and management feedback within agreed timelines

• Maintain organized project files and version control

• Deliver final renders in required formats and resolutions

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts (preferred, not mandatory if skills are strong)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D interior visualization

• A strong portfolio of residential and commercial interior renders is mandatory

Required Skills:

• Autodesk 3ds Max — advanced level (mandatory)

• V-Ray or Corona Renderer — proficiency required

• AutoCAD — basic to intermediate

• Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and furniture proportions

• Understanding of lighting techniques (natural & artificial)

• Adobe Photoshop — for post-processing renders

• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience with SketchUp or Lumion

• Knowledge of floor plan reading and space planning

• Prior experience working in an interior design firm in Bangladesh
