• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex 3D garments.

• Expert mastery of CLO 3D.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for seamless artwork and texture preparation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Create innovative and realistic 3D garment designs using software such as CLO 3D; knowledge of Browzwear will be an added advantage.

• Develop accurate 3D garment simulations to visualize fabric behavior including drape, movement, and fit in real-time.

• Produce high-quality, photo realistic renderings for internal reviews and buyer presentations.

• Conduct virtual fittings on 3D avatars to evaluate fit, proportion, and garment movement

• Interpret tech packs, sketches, and buyer requirements into precise 3D models.

• Collaborate closely with fashion designers, pattern makers, and technical teams to translate creative concepts into digital prototypes.

• Apply strong knowledge of 2D pattern making to 3D garment conversion.

• Work with product development and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and production-ready.

• Explore and support innovations such as 3D printing and wearable fashion technology.
