Experience:

• At least 1 year

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 1 year

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (design-related background preferred)

• Strong, well-organized portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio link will be rejected).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (practical working knowledge required).

• Clear understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Professional attitude, punctuality, and accountability for assigned tasks.

• Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in graphic design (agency or corporate experience preferred).

• Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro).

• Experience designing for corporate brands, marketing agencies, or digital campaigns.

• Familiarity with social media content formats and performance-driven design.

• Execute design tasks based on clear briefs, brand guidelines, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to convert concepts into effective visual solutions.

• Maintain strict brand consistency across all platforms and client materials.

• Prepare final design files correctly for both digital and print production.

• Stay updated with industry-standard tools, trends, and design best practices.

• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining design quality and originality.
