• Design attractive posts, banners, flyers, logos, and social media content for the company.

• Design graphics, posters, banners, and promotional materials (print & digital) that align with brand identity.

• Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and foot‑traffic.

• Create and schedule content (text, images, video) for social media; maintain a content calendar.

• Manage social media accounts: respond to messages & comments; monitor reviews and feedback.

• Run paid‑advertising campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads) and optimize them for ROI.

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices for website or blog content.

• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (metrics, KPIs) and make data‑driven recommendations.

• Maintain consistency of branding (fonts, colors, design styles) across all communication channels.

• Edit and enhance photos and videos (for social media and ads) to present a high‑quality visual identity.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and design techniques; suggest innovations for café’s marketing.

• Execute email/ SMS / WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer retention and promotions.
