∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a design team.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
∎ Skilled in preparing creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
∎ An interest in graphics and typography
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing previous work related to product promotion, flyers, social media content, and retail branding.

∎ Oversee product uploads, management, and operations across top e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Printful, Etsy, Redbubble, and Teespring.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 8-10 graphic designers.
∎ Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high standards of design and production.
∎ Provide guidance and support to the creative team to meet project goals.
