Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Graphic Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Link between our German design department and oversea suppliers
∎ Prototyping and sampling of Adobe Illustrator created designs for bicycle frames and parts
∎ Organizing and constantly monitoring sample production to meet factory production targets
∎ Colour-matching of all parts used on the bicycle
∎ Ensure a smooth and timely transfer of finalized product designs into mass production
∎ Close cooperation with our paint- and decal suppliers to help creating new colour ways, processes and products and define quality standards
∎ Regular random checks (product audits) in mass production, create quality reports and detailed following up for improvement activities
∎ Main focus on colour shades, decal/masking position, artwork and overall painting quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, e.g. in the garments sector
∎ Working experience with foreign suppliers and customers
∎ Fully competent in using Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator and Indesign
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
∎ Enthusiasm for designs, graphics and a good sense for colour nuances
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects
∎ English skills (fluent in spoken and written) to communicate with your team leader in Bangladesh and/or design team in Germany
