Job Context:
∎ To provide efficient and effective support to the project and project team, ensure effective financial management and compliance of World Vision policy and procedures and KOICA rules and regulations, capacity building of the project team where necessary on the WV policies, donor rules and regulations, facilitate project financial audits as well support in budget amendments/revisions accordingly.
∎ This position is administratively reportable to the Project Manager and has matrix reporting structure with the Grants Finance Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the over-all financial management of the project
∎ Provide management with regular financial analysis to inform monthly monitoring of project performance and donor reporting
∎ Prepares regular financial reports and works with Grants finance manager for timely submission of reports to donor
∎ Ensure compliances with WV and KOICA finance and administrative policies, standards, procedures and government VAT & Tax requirements
∎ Establish effective internal control in the financial management of Project
∎ Support the Project manager in integrated financial planning, budgeting, reporting and monitoring in accordance with grants/donor rules and regulations
∎ Ensure compliance of supply chain guidelines in relation with procurement of goods and services
∎ Manage day to day communication with World Vision Korea project support team
∎ Maintain high confidentiality of documents and information and take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources

∎ Understand development issues . Preferred
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting . Essential
∎ Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Essential
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English. Essential
∎ Competent in the use of computer programs (spreadsheets). Essential
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting with any Accounting Software. Essential
∎ Strong Financial Analysis skills. Essential
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance and administration. Essential
∎ World Vision experience. Preferred
∎ Should live in the Project working area and field visit is expected.
∎ This role will work directly with Project Manager and Sector staff.
