Responsibilities & Context:
Conducting in-line inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are being followed.
Performing final inspections to confirm that finished garments meet the quality standards before shipment.
Reviewing production samples and providing feedback to the production team to minimize defects.
Liaising with buyers (such as Walmart, C&A) to ensure the product meets their specific requirements and expectations.
Communicating quality reports and providing timely updates to buyers on the status of production quality.
Resolving any quality-related issues raised by buyers and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented.
Preparing detailed quality inspection reports, including data analysis of defects and issues.
Maintaining proper documentation related to quality control processes, approvals, and corrective actions.
