∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting in-line inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are being followed.
∎ Performing final inspections to confirm that finished garments meet the quality standards before shipment.
∎ Reviewing production samples and providing feedback to the production team to minimize defects.
∎ Liaising with buyers (such as Walmart, C&A) to ensure the product meets their specific requirements and expectations.
∎ Communicating quality reports and providing timely updates to buyers on the status of production quality.
∎ Resolving any quality-related issues raised by buyers and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented.
∎ Preparing detailed quality inspection reports, including data analysis of defects and issues.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation related to quality control processes, approvals, and corrective actions.
