Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Educational qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the upazila team in preparing monthly work plan, DIP and AIP.
∎ To assist Upazila Coordinator in organizing inception workshops at upazila and union level.
∎ Provide technical support to FF in group formation, provide training and mentoring FF and SCMs to increase their capacity in quality delivery through regular field visits.
∎ Represent Suchana regularly in monthly coordination meetings organized by Upazila Health Complex.
∎ Organize and facilitate nutrition orientation events for religious leaders and influentials.
∎ Supportive supervision at field level through regular follow-up and monitoring activities of front line staffs.
∎ Process monitoring through tab based MIS system.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 (three) years' experience in community based development activities, notably in nutrition and livelihoods areas.
∎ Must have the ability in motorcycle driving.
∎ Good communication, facilitation and motivational skills.
∎ Understanding on local culture and language is preferable.
∎ Abilities to undertake extensive travel to village level.
∎ Must have problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 26500 (Monthly)
