Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering CR software and solving the critical situations/cases
∎ Writing digital/mobile/web/ contents for maintaining customer relation.
∎ Writing, developing and analyzing inbound and outbound correspondences and sales and collection proposals.
∎ Analyzing and preparing collection proposals and forecasts.
∎ Managing team executive and assigning them the duties and responsibilities consulting.
∎ Preparing and proving financial reports, customer correspondences and internal memos.
∎ Prepare Daily and Monthly Collection report, cross-examine with Account & Finance department and provide to Audit department and Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Check internal memos and notes, especially Deed of Allotments, ownership & Name Transfer issues, Payment Reschedule, Registration and Refund issues, prepared by Customer Care department and correct them if it is necessary.
∎ Receive Direct Deposit Slips sent by Email or Fax, confirm the clients with proper reply, save soft copies and prepare MR after getting Bank Clearance from Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Execute and monitor the departmental online communication.
∎ Co-operate customer care department by making encashment, giving file information and checking & correcting notes.
∎ Co-operate Accounts & Finance department by exchanging actual & probable collection and transaction flows.
∎ Co-operate Marketing & Sales department by providing plot status & sales statement, client updates and arranging project visit for present and prospective clients.
∎ Develop strategies and take initiatives to deal with legal queries in association with Legal & Purchase department.
∎ Consult & negotiate with clients to sort out their queries & problems and convince & motivate them accordingly.
