∎ Masters in Accounting in any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Head of Hire Purchase look after all the Hire Purchase related activities and handle all customer's account efficiently, honestly & with full responsibility.
∎ Arrange orientation program for own & dealer showroom's concern person about Hire Purchase sales guideline, documentation, reporting, collection of due & over due amount and also about the bonus & commission which they earned against collection and achievement of target.
∎ Plan, implement and monitor credit operations.
∎ Planning Credit sale & Collection monthly, quarterly and yearly base for each showroom wise.
∎ Monitoring Credit Collection Team, implement credit recovery team grow up day collection and monthly.
∎ Time to time report deliver for higher management about credit sales & recovery.
∎ Daily data check in MIS software packages & compile monthly data Showroom wise and share the same to management.
∎ Monitoring all showroom manager & showroom staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Organizational Skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Sound knowledge on Hire purchase.
∎ Vast Knowledge about Hire Purchase (Down Payment, Installment, LPR).
