Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters with major in Finance & Banking / Accounting from reputed institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits, and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations, and disbursements
∎ Preparation and appraisal of the working capital proposal
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Placement of commercial papers
∎ Controlling group loan portfolio, daily fund management, banks dealings.
∎ Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals
∎ Prepare investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investment
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance of applicable taxes, viz., income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, Service Tax, and all regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately and the accounting and reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards and completion of statutory required reporting.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
