Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters with major in Finance & Banking / Accounting from IBA, DU
∎ The candidate will get additional benefits if they have completed CA/CMA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits, and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentation and disbursements
∎ Preparation and appraisal of the working capital proposal
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Placement of commercial papers
∎ Controlling group loan portfolio, daily fund management, and banks dealings.
∎ Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals;
∎ Prepare investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investment, project profile preparation, etc.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be job-oriented, and able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Computer Literacy (Average) must.
