Salary: Tk. 350000 - 450000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

Management and Financial Reporting:

1. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal and Regional Office use in compliance with the Network guidelines, in addition to providing variance analyses and narratives when necessary.
2. Review Balance Sheets where necessary.
3. Ensure implementation of audit recommendations from internal and external auditors.
4. Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and appropriate coverage for local risks.
5. Taxation and Compliance:
6. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all tax related procedure and comply with statutory requirement for direct and indirect taxes as per the local Laws and support the tax team to achieve overall tax compliance in an effective manner.
7. Planning and Budgeting:
8. Coordinate the annual budgeting, Pre Alert and Strategic planning process ensuring that a comprehensive and accurate plan is completed for submission, including detailed plans for individual departments/Business Units.
9. Finance Processes:
10. Ensure the finance processes comply with regional standards and, where there are deviations, these are adequately substantiated.
11. Cash Flow Management:
12. To ensure liquidity is sufficient to pay debts when due and ensure that employees and suppliers can be paid in accordance with relevant deadlines.
13. To ensure that the working capital targets are continuously followed and reviewed.
14. Internal Controls:
15. Review financial controls in order to attain accurate and complete financial information.
16. Championing Improvement:
17. Actively promote the exchange and adoption of Best Practices within the country organization to leverage collective learning and to improve consistency and productivity.
18. Be able to work with accounting team as Shared Service Centre and achieve improvement target for finance department productivity.
19. Ensure that Regional Policies and Procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to within the local environments.
