Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business KPI's and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company;
∎ Establish the Operational Framework and the resources & structure the Strategic Framework and Strategic time and Action Plan in collaboration with the Management;
∎ Ensure the achievement of annual sales plan;
∎ Develop new clients & engage with the various stakeholders (Customers & Suppliers) Formulate policies, procedures relating to Sales & Marketing to promote sales of products and services;
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings and develop product diversification;
∎ Research on improved and efficient solutions for Customer for increasing brand value of company;
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations and return on investment;
∎ Follow-up the customer observations and ensure necessary correction;
∎ Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction;
∎ Assess the effectiveness and contribution of Ups killing and Capability Development initiatives and interventions of Team members to improve productivity and performance and minimize downtime;
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train up subordinates;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following: Local Purchase, Procurement Flour, Product Rice, Misted oil, Wheat, Salt, Chips, Corn
∎ Capable to build a strong team for procurement to achieve the target.
∎ Skills Required: Good at communication, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Purchase, Team working.
