Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced GM- Corporate Affairs to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the front line in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
∎ The ideal candidate will have an execution mindset timely manner and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company`s ongoing & upcoming work flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.
∎ The goal is to drive the company`s development and guide it toward long-term success and sustainable growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Board of Directors, Coordinate, and Manage multi-tasking execution planning of the concern.
∎ Making high quality work strategies and execution plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Lead team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial member.
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
∎ Review address to Board of Directors financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements time to time.
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
∎ To have adequate administrative progress in Govt. body, Enforcement agency.
∎ Must be the flexible and enthusiastic person by nature with an ability to work for long hour
∎ Capable to handle stress & pressure.
∎ Able to take challenges with problem solving attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent use of business language and concise writing style.
∎ Ability to provide internal and external stakeholders with professional, clear and concise business communications.
∎ High standard of accuracy and good communication skills.
∎ Excellent oral, proofreading and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to produce concise reports and memos under tight deadlines.
