Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to develop ideas about necessary shade making, feed meal etc.
∎ Take initiative to keep farm healthy & hygienic.
∎ Monitoring accounting system ( Sales & Collection recovery, Expenses)
∎ Maintain proper record keeping and documentation system.
∎ Effective self management to meet monthly sales & revenue target.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative to product availability.
∎ Build up business relation with customers.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Analysis competitor's activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in the farm.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure products row collation validity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience Marketing & Sales any feed company
