Job Context:
∎ Ignition Marketing Limited (Sister Concern of Talent Centric) is a digital marketing agency, looking for Global Business Development Specialists to join our team. The Global Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets. This is a Hybrid position with a focus on expanding our global footprint in the USA.
∎ Working Days and Time: 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday) (8:00pm-4:00am)
∎ Job Location: Hybrid (Office location: Baridhara J Block)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities in international markets (USA) through research and networking.
∎ Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential clients and markets.
∎ Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
∎ Make introductory calls / approaches to relevant heads of department /senior management in the marketing department internationally with the aim of booking as many meetings as possible.
∎ Responsible for getting new leads and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
∎ Provide regular updates on sales activities and results to the management team.
∎ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
∎ 0-1 years' experience (Freshers are highly encouraged).
∎ Excellent in English Communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Experience in digital marketing is a plus
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
