∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing. Any professional degree in Real Estate will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ecommerce, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up guidelines for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to company's yearly business plan.
∎ Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
∎ Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers.
∎ Regular analysis of sales trends & up coming with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
∎ Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as part of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 to 10 years experience with proven track record in renowned Real Estate or E-Commerce.
∎ Must have high efficiency as a leader to run the sales teams/good leadership skills.
∎ Should have good skills in computer.
∎ Excellent public relations and decision making ability
∎ Have proper knowledge about Regulatory Compliance Requirements for the business

Salary: Negotiable
