As the General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, foster strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities to expand our market share. This is a critical leadership role that reports directly to the (CEO).
Responsibilities:
Explore new business opportunities and generate sales.
Leadership & train up the personnel working in the team.
Evaluating competitor`s activities and product performance.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
