∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales in the secondary property market, ensuring growth and profitability.
∎ Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, identify new opportunities, and optimize revenue streams within the property sector.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the secondary property market to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential investment opportunities.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to drive business success.
∎ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall productivity.
∎ Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of property transactions while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to support seamless property sales operations.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement corrective measures as needed.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 7 years in property sales and 5 years specifically in the secondary property market.

∎ Apex Property is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager, Sales, to lead and oversee its property sales operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the secondary market as well as the primary market of property sales. The ideal candidate will excel in market analysis, business development, and team management. The General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.
