Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate daily front of the house & back of the house restaurant operations.
∎ Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review product quality & research new vendors.
∎ Organize & supervise shifts.
∎ Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils & cleaning products.
∎ Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations.
∎ Manages restaurants good image & suggest ways to improve it.
∎ Control operation costs and identity measures to cut waste.
∎ Create detailed report on weekly monthly & annual revenues & expenses.
∎ Promote the brain in the local community through word-of-mouth & restaurant events.
∎ Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts & social media ads).
∎ Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices.
∎ Implement policies & protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A confident communication in both Bangla & English language.
∎ Proactive & Quick learner.
∎ Pleasant personality with good appealing & convincing power.
∎ Maintain & promote a team work environment with effective & clear communication among co-wankers.
∎ Smooth communication with clients/customers to maintain a good relationship.
∎ Positive mindset and ability to work with under pressure.
∎ Familiar with restaurant management software.
∎ Must have knowledge about Office Management (MS word, Excel)
