Job Responsibility:
Have to perform own Sales and achieve monthly Sales target.
Overall strong monitoring of Sales Department. Increasing the Sales by properly monitoring the quality of Sales.
Meet the monthly Sales target which is given by the Management.
Building Strong Sales Teams.
Decreasing the cancellation of New Sales.
•Due Adjustment (quarterly / half yearly / yearly) recovery by the Sales Team.
•Noticeable due adjustment must be recovered and it would be strictly audited by the Management.
•Increasing the mentionable ratio of Installment collected from the Irregular/ Hold Files.
Increasing the overall collection of Installment by adding new plot bookings.
Increasing the overall collection of Installment without adding any new plot booking. Regarding this the target will be fixed by the Management.
Current Cheques, Previously paid Cheques & Hold Cheques Status must be monitored and realized the cheques accordingly. Result would be strictly audited by the Management.
Current month`s adjustment (quarterly / half yearly / yearly) must be double by increasing the collection from the due adjustment amount.
Given Target must be achieved by taking proper initiatives wherever/ whatever needed.
