Job Responsibilities:

  • Monthly team collection target and individual targets given by the Management must be achieved.
  • Develop, implement, and manage credit policies to minimize defaults and bad debts.
  • Approve or escalate credit applications based on company policies and risk assessments.
  • Monitor payment schedules, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to implement collection processes, including reminders and escalation to recovery actions if needed.
  • Work with clients to negotiate payment plans and handle payment disputes diplomatically.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit status, collections, and outstanding debts for management.
  • Analyze trends in credit performance, identify areas of concern, and suggest process improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments and foster customer loyalty.
  • Provide guidance to clients on credit policies and terms, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints or payment issues efficiently to maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Lead, mentor and train the credit realization team, focusing on achieving departmental goals.
  • Set objectives, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure high productivity and effectiveness in collections.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
