∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job location will be in JAMUR, HEMAYETPUR SAVAR
∎ Both Local or Foreign nationals can apply for the post.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Standardize and maintain SOP & Documentation of the whole Supply Chain.
∎ Look over and develop the Merchandising Process.
∎ Very good contact with buying officer & reported Buyers.
∎ Able to do marketing to fill up the factory capacity.
∎ Specialized in woven Bottoms.
∎ Possessing positive attitude
∎ Costing & consumption of materials.
∎ Prepare all types of booking sheet
∎ Coordinate with departments for a delay free work environment.
∎ Visit buying houses, factories as and when required.
∎ Check garment & packing mode before final inspection.
∎ Supervise sample preparation as per buyers requirement.
∎ Planning & Programming.
∎ Follow ups; i.e. sending samples for approval, coordinate with production to make sure that all activities are carried out as per planning and able to make alternative decision when deviation occurs.
∎ Negotiate, Convince parties to complete order.
∎ Order Confirmation & collecting PO, Master L/C.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Leader Ship Capability.
∎ Positive, Self motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail- oriented & possessing good memory.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable for the job
∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Possessing positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
