∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive the productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for the smooth running of the operations to maximize sales and minimize costs and maintaining the store at optimum sales productivity.
∎ Maintaining proper stock at the super shop and make sure all items are in stock and shelved properly throughout the stores and in the store rooms.
∎ Supervise and monitor operation regularly to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales and also ensure all performance issues and other issues within the shop are addressed in appropriate and timely manner.
∎ Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores and monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at the outlet.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures at the super shop.
∎ Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of the shop and preparing & managing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Management
∎ Deal with complaints from customers promptly and efficiently to maintain the company reputation and build a sound relationship.
∎ Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Study trends, authorize clearance sales and also determine all required sales promotions. Identify profitability ratio by studying financial statements and operating statements. Review merchandising by formulating pricing policies
∎ Apply theft and robbery prevention; monitor security surveillance equipment; enforce security procedures if needed.
∎ Manage employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Schedule their work and activities, give instructions, motivate and direct the workers to meet the company objectives.
∎ Provide training to employees to develop skills and enhance their job performance in sales, merchandising, stock management, inventory control, customer services, cash & other relevant skills.
∎ Work closely with other departments to align the company’s sales, marketing, branding and support strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
∎ A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
∎ Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
∎ Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
