Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the full spectrum of villa reservations and keep ready for use.
∎ Ensure quality Food & Beverage service.
∎ Supervise and schedule all types of housekeeping issues.
∎ Ensure the very best customer service.
∎ Responsible for training the staff and ensure on-going training sessions.
∎ Ensure constant quality control, supervision, and feedback to staff
∎ Order and track inventory on all resort supplies, including groceries, gift and retail sales
∎ Assess all facility damage and need for repairs, completing or contracting out and supervising
∎ Maintain hygiene of swimming pools, examine and keep records of hygiene issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
