Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in HRM from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a team leader of overall operations of the Administration & HR Department of the Factory.
∎ Perform day to day administrative work of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company.
∎ Take necessary action for renewal of various licences issued by government organizations, such as trade licence, boiler license, environmental license, etc. in time.
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, ICS, CONTROL UNION, ACCORD, & ALLIANCE etc. and be able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Sound knowledge on manpower management, motivation & training to abide by all compliance issues and buyers Code of Conduct.
∎ Make arrangements to develop the performance evaluation system of the employees of the factory.
∎ Administer the security department efficiently to ensure full security of the factory.
∎ Manage all employment verifications.
∎ Administer the overall transportation system of the factory.
∎ Extend full administrative support to other departments for smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Deal with factory labourers in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations and other labour related activities as per labour law.
∎ Keep constant contact with higher authorities to keep them updated with the administration and specially labour related matters.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that are needed according to the desire of the company.
∎ Development and implementation of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create a good working environment enabling everyone to work with great effort & Co-operation.
∎ Ensure legal & compliance issues, dismissal & compensation, disciplinary action, motivational factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling etc.
∎ Having good knowledge and experience regarding Buyers' Code of Conduct and also handling social & Technical Audits of multiple standards, Environment, Health & Safety issues in the workplace.
∎ Communication with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience in Woven Garments will be highly preferable.
∎ Taking responsibility of Factory HR & Administration.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Control & supervise the entire logistic support for factory operation.
∎ Maintain regular contacts with the concerned legal departments and ministries of the Govt. of Bangladesh, business partners, counterparts, commercial house etc.
∎ Do periodical report on HR Status.
∎ Ensure the security and safety factors in the factory.
∎ Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
