Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Head of Accounts & Finance) from renowned group of companies or Real Estate company in Bangladesh to perform effective cost control, risk management and plan the organization`s financial strategies.
∎ The applicant will be responsible for managing overall day-to-day and strategic functions of Finance & Accounts departments through leading /guiding , assigning tasks & monitoring activities etc. also responsible for performance evaluation of subordinate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the Company's financial planning.
∎ Perform risk management by analysing the organisation's liabilities and investments.
∎ Develop investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning and reporting.
∎ Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimising working capital.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organisation's needs.
∎ Ensure adequate cash inflow from low cost foreign Loan.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors and regulatory agencies specially Tax & VAT.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Annual Business Plan & reviews & report submit to management.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
∎ Perform special tasks, as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years in the similar position and at least 16 years experience with reputed Group of companies/ Real Estate companies.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP.
∎ Play crucial role in organizational development, strategic planning, proposal development and fund raising.
