Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management from any Govt. Approved Public or Privat Institution or Foreign Institution.
∎ PGD in Hotel Management From any Reputed Public/ Private University or Foreign Institution will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will Be Responsible for Overall Pre-Opening Set up of the Hotel Project.
∎ Will be Responsible to Plan, Coordinate, Organize, Control and Fine Tuning of Overall Construction, Marketing, Administration, Logistics, Recovery, Engineering & Others Essential Sites of the Hotel Project.
∎ Will be Responsible for Managing the Budget, Annual Business Plan & Revenue Management Technics.
∎ Responsible to Prepare, Review and Assess Monthly or Periodic Financial Statements.
∎ Responsible to Contribute and Maintain a Congenial Working Environment inside the Hotel.
∎ It is not the intent of this Job Description to Cover all aspects of the Designation but to Highlight the Most Important and Significant Areas of Responsibilities.
∎ Perform any Other Duties as Assigned by Top level Management Time to Time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must Have Twenty (25) five Years of Experiences in any National or International Five Star Hotel.
∎ Must Have Seven (7) or More Years of Job Experiences as General Manger in any Local or International Five Star Hotel have more than 200 Rooms.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Hospital, Resort,
∎ Must Have Any International / Local Luxurious Five Star Hotel's (200 or More Rooms) Pre - Opening Hotel.
∎ Job Requirements:

∎ Budgeting Capability
∎ Legislation Knowledge
∎ Strong oral and written communication Skill in Bengali & English.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication
