Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Honors or Masters in Finance/Accounts from any reputed University.
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership role in Financial Management having minimum 10 persons working in the Department.
∎ Follow up sanction, renewal, enhancement & maintenance of Bank/Non Banking Financial Institution.
∎ Regularly Liaison with Registered joint stock Company for updating total Company matters.
∎ Developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the Group of Companies & report to MD.
∎ Assisting overseeing the overall accounting process & help to develop team of accountants & suggest placement of right person in right position.
∎ Provide written advice to Managing Director to increase profitability & reduce cost of selling/production (THL) etc. including Budget & Variance Analysis.
∎ Record keeping of all Financial Documents & traceability within 5 years as per Legal Requirement of Govt.
∎ Reminder to clients when any bill is unpaid over 60 days.
∎ Support Sales and Special project team in costing matters before participation in Foreign/Local Tenders & keep record of expenses till final settlement of bill.
∎ Review the input of Foreign Sales Commission Contract wise and ask remittance in Foreign currency as soon matured.
∎ Develop Audit team amongst employees to regularly check & monitor 59 Branch Offices & keep their financial accounts in up to date position.
∎ Do Internal Audit i.e. MR posting/Voucher posting & Bill posting etc.
∎ Decide Bad Debt/Excess Payments receipt etc. if any to settle customers account.
∎ Strong knowledge of Company Act/Income TAX/VAT etc. & maintain relationship with concerned Govt. High Officials in related field to resolve any difficult issues.
∎ Build a Team of TAX & VAT Management Officials in the Office.
∎ Draw & implement approved (by Management) strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the Year.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience of minimum 35 years of Age as Manager Finance/Accounts in any reputed Industrial/Commercial/Medical Sector Company.
∎ The Applicant should have experience in International trading or Industrial Manufacturing Companies.
∎ Good Communication skill both in Bengali & English & excellent computer operation skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable as per Individual Status & Qualification.

∎ 10% contributory Provident Fund.
∎ Gratuity @ last basic salary after a length of Service.
∎ Death Risk Insurance (DRI) which shall cover lump sum amount in case of any Death Risk.
∎ 2.5 Bonuses @ basic salary.

∎ Sales Performance Commission /1 time in a year as Profit Sharing.
∎ 25 days Leave as per Service Rule.
∎ Leave encashment benefits etc.
∎ Mobile bill at actual.
∎ Foreign Travel related to Finance Matters.
