Responsibilities & Context:
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies such as University Grants Commission (UGC), DGHS, CMU, BMDC etc.

  • To assist and coordinate with the trust entities and work closely to report to the Board of Trustees.

  • Coordinating with foreign students of medical college.

  • Provide assistance to the authority in decision making including various application advances.

  • To play a leading role in preservation of records and documents of the concerned dept. Presentation in documents with assistance in preparing various types of information / reports.

  • Submit relevant documents to the higher authorities for decision, disposal or approval.

  • To maintain connection with the concerned person or organization as per the instructions of the authority including informing the higher authorities of various important information.

  • To be in charge of various administrative issues relating to the BGC Biddyanagar.

  • To develop SOP standards and protocols for procurement and other administrative issues in relation to BGC Trust’s entities.

  • Demonstrate annual manpower planning, organizing, facilitation, implementation, leading, monitoring and supervisory.

  • Obtaining or establishing BGC Trust as an NGO working in the field of health and education.
