Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com Accounting / MBA with major in accounting from any reputed university.
∎ ACA/FCA is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, General Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Group of Companies, Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analysis Monthly Financial Statements for Companies and Group for the Management.
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Financial Aspect.
∎ Review with notes and comments, conducted evaluations of financial systems, internal control and assist internal audit department.
∎ Introducing adequate and effective internal control system, evaluation of existing internal control system.
∎ Development of an internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company's assets. Supervise, monitor, and control assets management and movement.
∎ Implementation of internal control system & book keeping system, valuation of net worth of business and Industrial undertaking.
∎ Supervise and assist all accounts personnel and their daily works so that, they able to perform their work smoothly.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's ERP/ Tally, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation.
∎ Liaison time to time with the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, rectification of the accounts of the Group.
∎ Served various types of financial report and information to the higher authority as well as the Management and any other department of the company.
∎ Liaison with the factory staff for collecting various types of accounting information for conducting regular work smoothly.
∎ Delivered various types of market related information from the account department to the field force and respective person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding organizational and decision making skills
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
