Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Quality Reinforce adherence to the GBV guiding principles and women, girl and survivor centered support
∎ Ensure support for prevention of women and adolescent girls, including psychological first aid (PFA), safe referrals and information sharing, adheres to best-practice principles when working with women and girl survivors of GBV
∎ Align with internal and inter-agency Protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policies and procedures, reporting SEA through the specified mechanisms
∎ Oversee the use of the case management system across the organization.
∎ Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from the case management system for the purpose of presenting it to senior management
∎ Provide continuous technical support to partner staff on case management for vulnerable women and girls
∎ Staff Supervision and Development:
∎ Directly supervise, and provide ongoing mentoring and support to the case workers as they provide services to women and girls. This will include: survivor-centered PFA, Referrals, information sharing on services and support, service mapping and service quality audits when not deployed to an emergency to ensure accurate information.
∎ Hold daily planning and debriefing sessions with GBV Case Management Supervisor and Case Workers in particular to gain learning and feedback from the WPE team.
∎ Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming
∎ Identify training needs for the Case Workers and project staff and support the organization and facilitation of training to meet those needs, in collaboration with the Project Coordinator/ Upazila Manager/Project Officer (Health)/MEAL Officer
∎ Implementation:
∎ Awareness development of different groups and community people to increases community engagement
∎ Rapport buildup with different service providers and local government at UP and Upazila level
∎ Work closely with Case Workers to design activities that respond to needs and priorities identified by women and adolescent girls
∎ Develop and support the implementation of service mapping and service quality audits
∎ Conduct regular field visits to support the implementation of activities with WPE case workers giving supportive feedback and guidance as part of the mentoring process
∎ Give guidance to the case workers in making safe, confidential and timely referrals to services in line with the survivor-centered principles
∎ Ensure the whole team is adhering the formal GBV referral pathways and are providing feedback to you on the functioning of this for action and forwarding to the Project Coordinator/Upazila Manager/ Project Officer (Health)/ GBV Case Management Supervisor.
∎ Ensure quality referrals between the Health team, Emergency Child Protection and Emergency WPE Officers for the coordinated, confidential and safe support to women and girl survivors of GBV.
∎ Monitoring, Reporting & Administrative Support:
∎ Ensure that all data collection from Case Workers (paper and electronic) reporting tools are used accurately on every day, and are then provided on schedule to relevant staff
∎ Monitor daily/weekly data collection to ensure that the data is managed in safe and ethical ways
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plans in a timely manner, and incorporate supervisor feedback to the case workers as requested
∎ Compile weekly data and narrative activity report for submission to sector management
∎ Coordination & Representation:
∎ Reinforce adherence to the GBV guiding principles and women-, girl- and survivor centered support throughout all activities in the women and girl's safe spaces.
∎ Adhere to the GBV Case Worker survivor centered support approach, the GBV guiding principles and the GBV Case Management Guidelines throughout all GBV case management and psychosocial interventions for women and girls. This includes ensuring confidentiality of survivors, and respect for their wishes and decisions.
∎ Provide support to Case Workers ensuring age-appropriate case management, including: assessment of women and adolescent girl's needs; provide basic, crisis counseling safety strategizing and risk assessing
∎ Ensure to provide services to child and adolescent survivors of GBV, including case management as well as the best interest determination, age appropriate engagement and decision-making by survivors, and Do No Harm analysis
∎ Work with the Case Workers to ensure response to the evolving needs of women and girls and their communities.
∎ Assist to Case Workers to maintaining detailed and confidential case files in line with recognized standard methodologies
∎ Identify concerns related to and support adherence to GBV referral protocols by all relevant organizations and agencies; report up to the Project Coordinator/ Upazila Manager/ GBV Case Management Supervisor
∎ Deliverables:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience needed in the field of Gender and/or GBV
∎ Professional experience in counselling and implementing activities for women and girls or proven engagement in women's rights/groups is desirable
∎ Competencies: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
∎ Experience in GBV with a specific focus in supporting women and girl survivors of male violence
∎ Experience in supervising GBV staff - highly desirable
∎ Understanding of the impact and dynamics of men's violence against women and girls, and a strong interest in working on women and girls' protection and empowerment
∎ Demonstrated commitment to women's empowerment and protection through current/ previous volunteer or paid work
∎ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients all times is essential
∎ Experience facilitating trainings and workshops and mentoring others
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
∎ Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, respect and interact with survivors of all ages, background and diversity
∎ Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Good working knowledge of language spoken by population in need, plus English language
∎ Language Preference: People who are familiar with local culture and local dialects will get preference

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
