Experience:

• Able to handle Multi product- Woven, Knit and Sweater.

• Manage all technical aspects of product development, from development sample to final production sample, ensuring alignment with buyers quality and fit standards.

• Follow up sample schedule and report to head office.

• Work closely with suppliers to resolve technical issues, provide pattern/design chart guidance, and ensure accurate execution of specifications.

• Conduct fit sessions and approve samples in coordination with the buying and design teams, ensuring accurate fit and construction.

• Check tech packs, and grading specs to identify errors and communicate corrections to the head office/ Self.

• Identify areas for improvement in garment construction, washing, and production processes to reduce rework and improve efficiency.

• Support production by resolving technical challenges, particularly when QC teams escalate unresolved issues.

• Coordinate with merchandising, QC, and production departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Ensure all technical operations comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and buyer requirements.

• Developing additional guidelines to ensure the good quality of product. * Validate fabric consumption and construction efficiency to support cost-effective production during price negotiations.

• Conduct inspection to help QC team depending on their work pressure.
