Job Context:
∎ Walton Plaza is the leading Electrical and Electronics retail sales network in Bangladesh. We are looking for dynamic,result oriented and self-motivated candidates for Sales Team.
∎ This is a trainee position.
∎ After Completing the training programme he / she will be assigned as a Branch Manager of any Walton Plaza.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake shop administration duties such as managing shop budgets, updating financial records, monitor inventory levels, order new items, manage the assets of the plaza (showroom), etc.
∎ Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the plaza (showroom) are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, and controlling expenses.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Make sure the shop is meeting the targets and earning profits.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand shop traffic, and enhance profitability.
