Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain knowledge of all vendor products, pricing, options, finishes, details.
∎ Provide knowledge of merchandise to customers, explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers.
∎ Assist in the safe maintenance, appearance, merchandising and pricing of store to company and District standards.
∎ Serves customers by selling products.
∎ SALES Cross selling products and knowing layout of the store.
∎ Provide superior customer service and support to designers and end.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales.
∎ Provide superior customer service and support to designers.
∎ Maintain updated customer information including contact data special.
∎ Enter new clients on customer card, collect Resale form to turn into corporate.
