• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, CS, IT, or related field. 

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• 3–5 years of proven experience in ERPNext & Frappe Framework., Python, Javascript, Nodejs, React/Vue.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 records of ERP development and successful implementation with ERPNext.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience building & integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Knowledge in microservice architecture development will be appreciated.

• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.

• Excellent communication & documentation (BRD, SRS, TOR) skills.

• Good to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, System Design Principals and API Gateway patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Client requirements analysis, solution design, development, customization & cloud deployment.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python and JavaScript code using Frappe Framework’s best practices.

• To meet dynamic business needs besides, ensure proper system security.

• Build and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integrations with third-party systems.

• Optimize database (mySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) structures & queries for high performance.

• Proper knowledge about system load capacity measurement and balancing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERPNext application issues promptly.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes into ERP workflows.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and manage version control.

• Stay up-to-date with latest ERPNext & Frappe updates to drive continuous improvement.
