∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Guest check in & check out in a busy operation time and supervise the operation of the front desk to ensure of optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
∎ Responsible for guest issues, complaints, problem in a quick efficient manner to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality service.
∎ Resolve issues/problems and coach & counsel to the front desk team members to ensure standard quality operation.
∎ Allocate room for expected arrival with according to the guest preferences.
∎ Build strong relationships with all other departments especially housekeeping, reservation, food & beverage for smooth operation. Record all guest feedback & complaints in a guest profile notes so next we can recognition him for better service and also check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
∎ Conduct training programs on an ongoing basis.
∎ Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
∎ Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with OPERA is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
