∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with guest on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction
∎ Recommends changes in methods, equipment or Employees so as to improve departmental standards and productivity.
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property.
∎ Responsible for the organization of work within the department including assignments, time schedules and vacations to ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
∎ Ensures adherence to company and resort policies by all departmental employees.
∎ Ensures norms, procedures and systems for safety and security of guest belongings (e.g. lockers, left luggage etc.) are efficiently followed and monitored so as to ensure maximum comfort levels.
∎ Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Resort's emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
∎ Reviews daily logbook and takes corrective action when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with OPERA is preferred
Salary: Negotiable
