Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
∎ Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints;
∎ Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly;
∎ Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario;
∎ Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system;
∎ Perform all other duties as requested;
∎ Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner;
∎ Be able to complete a bucket check, room rate verification report, and housekeeping report;
∎ Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure that all hotel standards are met;
∎ Be aware of closed out and restricted dates;
∎ Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings;
∎ Be familiar with hospitality terminology;
∎ Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms;
∎ Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner;
∎ Follow all cash handling and credit policies.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
