Job Context:
∎ BURO Bangladesh is one of the leading Microfinance Intuitions (MFI) in Bangladesh. We are searching for talented individuals with right attitudes to fill the below vacancies for our Human Resource Development Center (CHRD) in Cumilla.
∎ The primary component of this role is to maintain the front office teams in performing their duties & other associated tasks.
∎ Job Nature: Full Time Contractual. But there are strong possibilities to be permanent in the future on the basis of skills and attitudes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling guests Check-in and Check-out using computer programs and equipment. Also assisting the guests to find their rooms.
∎ Informing the guests about all the on-site amenities and other relevant information that could be needed for them.
∎ Handling and resolving guests' complaints.
∎ Preparing invoice and bills for the guests for their stay and services used.
∎ Communicating with the guests to better understand their individual needs for providing them with the best services possible.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2-year experience in professional Hotel Management

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
